• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in South Africa.
• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.

4. Loan Application and Approval

Clients must complete the online application form on our Platform. Succor Group reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on our assessment criteria. Approved loans are subject to the terms outlined in the Loan Agreement.

5. Responsible Lending

Succor Group is committed to responsible lending practices. We assess each application to ensure Clients do not take on more debt than they can afford and provide financial education to promote informed borrowing decisions.

6. Fees and Interest

• All fees and interest rates are disclosed upfront in the Loan Agreement.
• There are no hidden costs.

7. Repayment Terms

• Repayment terms are flexible, with options for 1-month or 2-month periods.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring timely repayments as per the Loan Agreement.

8. Late Payments

• Late or missed payments may incur additional fees as specified in the Loan Agreement.
• Succor Group may report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus, which could affect the Client's credit score.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Succor Group collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate measures to protect Client information.

10. Amendments

Succor Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via the Platform or through direct communication.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
